| Dale Sauer is a hands-on builder operating as owner, business manager, and project manager at all times constructing conventional, timber frame, and SIP panel homes on your land or on one of his lots. When you hire Dale to build your home, you work directly with him throughout the entire process.
In 1981 he began his construction career in the lumber, brick, and window industries before joining one of the largest custom home building companies in San Antonio in 1993. From 1993 to early 1999, he was responsible for managing and scheduling 14 to 22 homes per year as Vice President of Construction. He participated in the 1994 and 1998 Parade of Homes receiving a total of 6 awards. |
After serving in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne, he returned to San Antonio where he and his wife of over twenty years have two children.
A member of the Better Business Bureau; National Association of Home Builders; Texas Association of Builders and the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. Dale sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and serves on the Board of Advisors for St. Phillips College Home Building Department.
