The Building Process
We begin by scheduling a meeting to review your plans and a help prepare a list of specifications regarding the items that you wish to include in your home. If you do not have plans, we will assist you with the plan process. From the set of plans and specifications, a preliminary budget will be created and upon completion in roughly one week, we will meet again to review the budget. When the budget is agreed upon, a formal contract and specifications will be produced for your review and signature. Once accepted, it will take approximately two to three weeks for banking and title company processing to obtain interim closing. Upon closing, the construction will begin. The average move in date from this point is approximately six months.
